Mad Rocket Barbecue was founded in 2022 in Madison, Alabama. This parent and daughter trio hit the trails competing in the Barbecue, Dessert, and Kids Que competitions.
In 2023, the team finished #1 in Chicken in the Alabama Barbecue Association and #4 Team of the Year Chicken in the KCBS Backyard Division.
They have multiple Grand Championships, Reserve Grand Championships, and Top 3 finishes!op 5 2023 KCBS Team of the year.
