Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour (level)
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted softened butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • Grease and flour for pan

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and blend well with mixer
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan and pour the ingredients into the pan.
  3. Set cooker to 350°F indirect (use a pizza stone on the grill) and cook for approximately 55 minutes or until the bread is finished in the middle. Check done was with a toothpick.
